Is this on an edge or more in the middle on a seam?

"More in middle the seam on bottom is a cross and four quadrants are deteriorated."

Bouncer Repair Answer:

If you think you could patch it, tear-aid patch would probably work.  If this is a commercial grade bouncer made of vinyl, a vinyl patch would work as well.
